This is an awesome television at an excellent price. I did alot of research before deciding on this particular LCD and I have no regrets. The 120Hz processor is definately worth the $. Blue-Ray and HD television are astonishingly 3d in appearance with no picture blur on sports. I saved over $900 vs. buying locally at Best Buy.
