Easy to set up with easy to understand menus. Great color. I use home theater for audio, so I cannot comment on the sound. The remote's accept and arrow buttons are overly sensitive but since I use a Logitech remote it does not matter to me.

This was my first HDTV. I wanted a 32" but could not find one at 120HZ so I went for the 40" and glad I did. It seems to be just right for the size of my family room.
