Low Price Samsung LN40A650 40-Inch 1080p 120Hz LCD HDTV with RED Touch of Color

The picture is good, but the fan noise(whine) is driving me crazy. I called Samsung, and they said it was normal. I will try this TV for a few days,but will probably return it. They say the fan should be inaudible, but it isn't.
